Shipping policy

Processing time for your orders is 2-3 business days.

Thus for example, according to my possibilities, an order placed on Thursday can be sent on Friday or at most the Monday after.

In the event of an exceptional delay, you will be notified by email. (The email may be in your SPAMS if we have never communicated before, remember to check them.)

If you need the parcel to be sent quickly, please notify me by message when ordering, I'll manage your order in priority.

As a small sole proprietorship and freelancer, I always do my best and thank you for your understanding and patience.  

Shipping costs are indicated at the time of the order before paiement and depend on the weight of the package.I apply the rates of the French Post Office.

I will provide you a tracking number.Please take into account that the tracking number only indicates the date of pick-up from the courier and the date of delivery.

Shipping times are the responsibility of French Post Office. It is usually 2-3 working days for France / 1 week to 10 days for Europe / 10 days for US. Can be up to 3 weeks for Israël & Australia according to my experience
